As a women employee, I would first mention ensuring women's safety at the workplace which is one of the foremost importance these days. Our management ensures not only women's safety through POSH awareness but also addresses the root cause, continuously sensitizing employees on gender diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace. The Organization recently asked for self-nomination on a training program named Becoming (S)Hero at Work, training was addressed to women employees on leadership development in current & future job roles. It is a commendable initiative that helped us to improve our quality of deliverables and self-growth.
