“MY BRANCH MY PRIDE” is a one-of-a-kind initiative which I have not experienced in any of my previous organizations. It is a great platform for branch employees to connect with senior Leaders directly. The initiative has given us an idea about the future forecast of our company and expectations from everyone along with clarity on our vision and mission for 2025. Cross functional teams’ performance, competitors’ strategies are things we gained insight on. It is transparent communication between management and branch staff. We feel empowered to share our opinion and concerns directly with a leadership team which has further strengthened our belief in our values.

In my entire career few companies have provided employees with opportunities to pursue their areas of interest. “PASSION MEETS PURPOSE” provides me an opportunity to follow my interest in the space of social responsibility. It has helped me connect with various likeminded employees across different locations and departments. My colleagues have enrolled in multiple clubs like Sports, Wellness, Music, Community Service and Art & Craft. These activities give us a sense of fulfillment and happiness.
