The Sujan Continental JV designs, validates and manufactures anti-vibration systems for Indias top automotive brands. Its product portfolio includes the entire range of vibration control products -- engine mounts, suspensions, bushes and dampers, among other products. Key customers include Maruti Suzuki, Renault-Nissan, Mahindra & Mahindra, TATA, the PSA Group and Tier 1 companies including Tenneco, Munjal Showa and Gabriel India. In 2018, the JV expanded its offerings into the commercial vehicle sector with its nomination by Indias Top 2 players by marketshare -- Tata Motors, Diamler and Ashok Leyland. The joint venture has two plants at Pune and Chennai, and an R&D center. In 2018, following the decision of CooperStandard to divest its AVS business globally to Continental AG, the Sujan JV is now a part of Continentals Vibration Control division, ContiTech.
